白车身制造误差补偿方法的研究

摘    要:基于车身试制阶段焊装夹具的可调性,提出调整夹具位置进行补偿车身制造误差的思想。重点阐述了夹具调整的方法和流程,分为零件制造信息提取、夹具调整有限元仿真、仿真结果评价三个阶段。通过实例证明了该补偿方法能有效的改善车身的制造质量。

Abstract:This article is based on car body trial stage adjustable welding fixture. It proposes the thoughts of adjusting fixture position to compensate car body manufacturing error. The paper focuses on a fixture of the adjustment methods and processes,which includes three stages: Parts manufacturing information extraction,finite element simulation analysis of fixture adjustment and simulation results assessment. The examples show that the compensation method can effectively improve the body's manufacturing quality.
