多线切割机床新型恒张力机构的设计

摘    要:为实现多线切割机床切割的稳定性和生产效率,运用液压弹簧控制原理和工作方式设计一种新型的走丝机构和恒张力的稳定调整机构,并对其线锯的张力及张力测试等参数进行运算与模拟。结果表明,该机构可实现张力闭环控制,保证线锯在切割过程中的恒张力。

Abstract:In order to realize the stability of the multi-line cutting machine and production efficiency,the hydraulic spring control principle and modalities are used to design a new type of walking institutions and the stability constant tension adjustment mechanism. And the parameters such as the tension of the wire saw and the tension test are calculated and simulated. The results show tension closed-loop control is achieved to ensure the constant tension in the wire saw in the cutting process.
