环丁砜-芳烃体系液-液平衡测定

摘    要:本文以现有生产装置的物系为背景,以生产中进抽提塔用的加氢汽油和重整汽油C6~C7馏分为试验原料,及生产中用的环丁砜为溶剂。原料和溶剂以不同的体积比,经充分混合达平衡后静止分层。测定了抽提液和抽余液中芳烃含量,计算了芳烃-环丁砜体系中芳烃分配系数,及芳烃在溶剂中的溶解量,并与文献报道值进行了比较。认为测定的数据在生产中有一定参考价值。

Abstract:This study was based on the existing production unit with hydrotreated naphtha and the C6-C7 fraction of the reformate as feedstocks and sulfolane as solvent. The feedstock and the solvent with various volume ratios were completely mixed and statically separated after the equilibrium were reached.The aromatics contents in both extract and raff mate were determined, and the aromatics distribution coefficient and the aromatics solubility in the solvent were calculated. The calculated results were compared with the data in literature, and are considered to be used in production for reference.
