机器人清洗机系统的设计

摘    要:在发动机清洗设备领域,很多汽车厂家考虑使用机器人清洗机作为最终清洗设备。相比传统通过式清洗机,机器人清洗机具备更多的技术优势。机器人清洗机由机器人系统,输送系统,高压系统,干燥系统,过滤系统,冷却系统,除雾系统七大关键模块组成。

Abstract:In the field of engine washer, many customer consider using the robot washer as the final cleaning equipment. This type washer compared with the traditional device, which has more technical advantage. Robot washer was composed by seven key models of robot system, transportation conveyor system, the high pressure system, drying system, filtration system, cooling system, demist system. Covering the application process of traditional washer, it also has the competitive advantage in the side of flexible and product update. The customer think it is worth to invest with this type washer for the excellent cleanness result.
