水平浓淡煤粉燃烧器在670 t/h锅炉上运行实践

目前火电厂低负荷调峰相当普通，因此造成锅炉燃烧不稳、效率下降、燃油量增加等一系列问题。所以提高锅炉的调峰能力已成为节能降耗的当务之急。从燃烧器及其配套等方面的改造介绍６７０ｔ／ｈ无工锅炉的稳燃与节油情况，实践证明该改造是成功有效的，节能效果显著。

The Practical Operation of Shutter Style Level Concentrated-thin Pulverized Coal Burner on Steady Combustion and Oil-saving for 670 t/h Burner

At present time,units of thermal power plants often regulate peak so deep to result in unsteadiness of boiler budring,dropping of boiler efficiency,increasing of fired oil, etc.thus,it has become very important and emer-gent to improve the ability of boiler regulating peak.This paper introduces the situation of combustion stability and oil-saving for 670 t/h boiler fired with blind coal,The aspects of its burner and modification have been proved effec-tively and successfully by practical operation.
