| 摘 要： | 在计算机技术不断成熟以及网络日趋完善的今天,信息时代的综合管理正在进行全新的变革。针对高职高专院校开始推广使用办公自动化,对其产生的大量的电子文件的归档方式、流程及具体处置方法进行阐述和探讨;对办公自动化与档案管理和电子、纸质文件实行双套制同步归档的思路作了交待。
