| 摘 要： | 本文概括论述了安全管理工作的"三防",即:人防、物防、技防的具体内容以及三者之间的关系;并结合国家图书馆特点,特别是国家数字图书馆开馆后开展"三防"管理工作的重要性,以及如何做好"三防"管理工作,才能进一步筑牢安全工作的根基。
