摘    要:考虑到虑拟轴机床结构简单、易于模块化设计的特点 ,该系统在虚拟轴机床的设计中引进模块化设计的思想 ,并采用面向对象思想进行虚拟轴机床主要参数及加工空间的计算和三维实体模块库的建立 ,使该系统具有自动化程度高及可扩充的特点 ,大幅度地提高设计效率 ,降低设计与生产成本 ,有利于虚拟轴机床的推广应用

Abstract:The CAD system introduces the modular design method into the design of VAMT,consindering the simple structure of VAMT and the easiness of modular design.Through the object oriented approach,the main structural parameters and the workspace of VAMT are calculated,and three dimensional model library are constructed.This system has advantages of high automation and easy expansion.It increases the design efficiency remarkably,and at the same time decreases the expense of designing and manufacturing.What's more,it is a good tool to popularize the utilization of VAMT in factories.
