摘    要:为了满足风洞试验以及工业对多点、快速、高精度压力测量的要求,作者开发了ESPMS-1型电子扫描压力测量系统。本文介绍了该系统的结构及特点、传感器信号的放大及选通、三点校准原理、系统软件及系统联调等。该系统特别适用于风洞、发动机等实验,也可用于各种测控系统中。

Abstract:To meet requirements of high accuracy and rapidity of pressure measurements in wind tunnel experiments and industrial area,we improve the electronically scanned pressure measurement system ESPMS-1,which is based on a microcomputer and has an on-line calibration function. The system can calibrate, acquire and process the data of 1,024 prEssure sensors. It has three acquisition types of primary, group and dynamic values and can realize positive,positive-negative and negative pressure calibrations. It may be conveniently configured according to the experiment. This paper presents the system structure,the features,the amplification and selection of transducer signals, the three points on-line calibration principle,and the system software. The system is specially .suited for wind tunnel or gas turbine experiments.
