摘    要:热处理后的金属材料再经超低温处理,其机械性能明显提高,尤其是高碳高合金工模具钢的耐磨性提高更为显著。本文主要探讨了M2钢铣刀经超低温处理后耐磨性的变化情况。

Abstract:By super low temperature trearment after heat treatment, the mechanical behaviour of metallic materials can be cnhanced a great deal. Especially, the abrasion resistance of hlgh carbon and high alloy tool & die steel can be improvcd greatly. This paper mainly deals with the abrasion resistance variation of milling cutters of M2 steel by using super low temperature treatment.
