| 摘 要： | 为了顺利生产亚麻弹力织物,在加工弹力纱时,要对捻线机进行改造,重点控制好捻度和氨纶预牵伸倍数等工艺参数.在织造工序通过调整经纱和纬纱的张力,减少了弹力纬纱的断头次数;对边撑进行改造,保证了织物幅宽控制在标准范围内.经测试,纯亚麻纬弹织物的弹性伸长、织缩率均满足设计要求.

| Abstract: | To produce flax elastic fabric, the twister should be innovated in the production, and processing parameters such as twist, polyurethane pre-draft multiple should be controlled. The breaking times of elastic weft was reduced through adjusting the tension of warp and weft in weaving process. The fabric width can reach the standard through innovating the temple. The test shows that the elastic elongation and weaving defects of pure flax weft elastic fabric can satisfy the design demands. |
