摘    要:探讨了激光在无损检测中的应用、地位及发展前景,尤其是激光全息检测(ESPI) 技术团精度高、可实时测量、非接触、可用于远距、高温、水下等非常场合,有着重要 的理论和实用研究价值。同时还针对当前普遍使用的图形分析算法进行了简要的介 绍和论述。

Abstract:Various nondestructive testing techniques and their characteristics are briefly described. Special attention is paid to ESPI. It has the advantages of noncontact, high precision, high sensitivity, wide frequency bandwidth, rapid and full-field and has a promising future in the engineering practice. But there are still some key problems that should be solved before it is used in practice such as the low anti- disturbance capability and low signal-to-noise ratio. Several image processing methods for interference fringe are presented also.
