摘    要:提出了单开关三相降压式电容输入准谐振功率因数校正(PFC)电路,并分析了准谐振PFC的工作原理,进而得到单相时变简化分析模型。采用改进的PID控制策略,提出了混合频率调制法,设计了相应的控制电路。仿真结果表明准谐振PFC实现了零电流开关,动态特性好,负载范围宽,满足了直流屏电源负载的要求。研究成果对校正装置的实现具有积极的指导意义。

Abstract:The main circuit of single switch three phase capacitance input type quasi resonant PFC is introduced and its operation principle is analyzed.Then the simplified tmie varying model is proposed.An improved PID control strategy is used and the method of mixed frequency modulation is put forward.The results of simulation indicate that quasi resonant PFC has good dynamic performance and wide load range when the IGBT operates with zero current switching.It makes PFC well suited for the transformer substation DC power supply.The results of simulation show that the problems of the application are solved.
