黄河上游截流对中下游河道的影响

根据河龙区间实测洪水泥沙资料和高含沙紊流输沙理论,论证黄河上游引水或截流不可能减少黄河中游输往下游的泥沙量,中游河道不会发生明显淤积,下游河道在上游来水减少、中游来沙不减的情况下会出现增淤的趋势。

Effects of Closure in the Upper Reaches on Channels in the Middle and Lower Reaches of the Yellow River

According to the observed flood and sediment data of He-Long reach and the theory of sediment trans-port of hyper-concentrated turbulent flow,the paper proves that it is impossible to reduce the amount of sed-iment transported from the middle reaches to the lower reaches if it diverts water or is closure in the upperreaches,it is impossible to silt evidently on the course of the middle reaches and it is impossible to have thetendency of increasing siltation in the lower river course under the conditions of less coming water from theupper reaches and the same amount of coming sediment from the middle reaches.
