摘    要:分析了常规定量泵节流调速液压系统能耗大效率低的内在原因,阐明定量泵液压系统的节能途经,论述了采用增速缸、高低压双泵油源、多泵数字控制技术及液压蓄能器等几种有效的节能方法。

Abstract:This paper analyses immanent cause that energy consumes is larger and efficiency is lower on hydraulic systems with fixed displacement pump.the energy saving way is elucidated. Several effective energy-saving methods using increase-speed cylinder, oil source with double pump and high-low pressure, multi-pump digital-control technology and hydraulic accumulator is treated in the paper.
