硬质聚氨酯灌封料的研制

以聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯为主要原材料，制备了硬质聚氨酯灌封料。讨论了异氰酸根含量、催化剂用量，以及树脂和固化剂配比对产品性能的影响。对所研制的聚氨酯灌封料理化性能和工艺性能同进口料PU200进行了比较。结果表明，所研制的聚氨酯灌封料性能基本达到PU200的水平。

DEVELOPMENT OF THE RIGID POLYURETHANE POURING MATERIAL

Rigid polvurethane pouring material was prepared with polvether polvhydric altohol and isocyanate as the raw materials. The effects of isocyano-content, the amount of catalyst and the proportion of resin to curing agent on the product properties were discussed. The physical, chemical and technical properties of the PUR pouring material developed were compared with that of the foreign PU200. The result showed that the property of the developed PUR pouring material reached basically the level of PU200.
