基于剪切形式的多轴疲劳寿命预测模型

摘    要:在多轴损伤临界面的基础上,结合多轴疲劳损伤和裂纹萌生与扩展的特点,提出了一种剪切形式的多轴疲劳损伤参量,该参量不含有材料常数,进而建立了一种新的多轴疲劳寿命预测模型,经多轴疲劳试验验证表明,所建立的寿命预测模型可同时适用于多轴比例与非比例循环加载。

Abstract:On the basis of the critical plane approach for multiaxial fatigue damage, a multiaxial fatigue damage parameter based on the shear form is presented by combining the behavior of multiaxial fatigue damage and the crack initiation and propagation. The proposed multiaxial fatigue damage parameter does not contain the material constant. According to the presented multiaxial fatigue damage parameter, a new multiaxial fatigue life prediction model is established. The experimental verification showed that the given multiaxial fatigue life prediction model might be used under both proportional and nonproportional multiaxial cyclic loading.
