中碳钢多轴循环特性的试验研究

摘    要:针对拉扭薄壁疲劳试样,在控制总应用拉扭循环加载下对中碳钢进行了试验研究。分别测试对称与存在平均拉扭应变情况下,比例加载与非比例加载时,拉与扭的应力响应值随循环数的变化情况。

Abstract:Thin walled tubular specimens of 0 44%C, 0 28%Si, 0 66%Mn steel were used for the tension torsion fatigue tests All tests were total strain controlled under complex tension torsion cyclic loading. In the case of complete reverse as well as existing mean strains of tension or torsion, the varying behaviors of the stress response values for tension and torsion were measured for both proportional and nonproportional loading conditions. The results show that the hardening/softening characteristic of the stress response depends on the stain path and loading parameters. In addition, multiaxial fatigue life is also affected by the mean strain to some extent.
