电磁搅拌对LD10CS铝合金焊接接头晶粒细化效果及其强度改善的研究

摘    要:通过分析外加磁场He-TIG焊接LD10CS铝合金的焊缝组织,发现外加磁场的磁感应强度B和磁场交变频率f对接头晶粒细化效果的影响最大。磁感应强度B与磁场交变频率f不能单独选择,必须恰当匹配,而且还必须与焊接规范参数相适应,才能保证获得最佳的晶粒细化。同时,本文在该试验条件下研究了该电磁搅拌方法对铝合金焊接接头强度的影响,以指导磁控电弧焊接生产。

Abstract:By the metallographic examination of the weld structure in the LD10CS aluminum alloy welds results from the He TIG welding with longitudinal intermittent alternative magnetic fields, it is found that the magnetic parameters such as the magnetic induction intensity B and the magnetic alternative frequency f have great effect on the weld grain refining.The magnetic intensity B and the magnetic alternative frequency f can not be chosen singly, they must be matched properly and adapt to the weld criterion parameters, just that, the optimal effect of grain refining can be gained. At the same time, the optimal magnetic parameters have been applied under the examination conditions in the paper, and then the paper discussed that the mechanism for the electromagnetic stirring LD10CS aluminum welds, and the research is able to instruct the application of the welding technology under the magnetic controlling.
