| Abstract: | The problems to ought to solve "why to study","how to study"and "what to study"and how to guide staff and workers to consciontiously study in the process reconstructing Jinan iron and steel group into studying type enterprise are described from four aspects consisted of correctly understanding the meaning of studying type enterprise,constructing high quality troops of manager,developing the creative ability of staff and workers and creating good studying environment. |
