摘    要:介绍了安钢第二炼轧厂采用铁水预处理→BOF→LF→CC的工艺路线生产510 L汽车大梁钢中的氮含量情况及LF精炼过程增氮的原因。结果表明,LF加热时间、埋弧效果、钢包底吹氩等操作是钢水增氮的主要原因。提出了LF精炼过程控制措施,通过合理控制加热时间、加强埋弧操作、稳定吹氩等措施,可控制氮含量≤50×10~(-6),满足510 L汽车大梁钢对氮的控制要求。

ANALYSIS AND APPLICATION OF NITROGEN REGULATION IN 510L BEAM STEEL IN LF PROCESS
Abstract:The content of nitrogen and the reason of nitrogen absorption in 510L beat steel by the processing route of Hot Metal Pretreatment→BOF→LF→CC are introduced in NO.2 steel Making and Rolling Plant of Anyang Steel.The results show that main reasons of the nitrogen absorption are LF heating time、operating、ladle bottom argon blowing process factors.By adoption of such a few measures as manipulating the submerged arc more care-fully,regulating the heating level more appropriately and stabilizing argon blow nitrogen pickup in refining,the nitrogen content is controlled down to 50×10-6,,meets the requirements of 510L beam steel on nitrogen content.
