TiAl3内生增强铝基复合材料研究

摘    要:研究了内生复合材料TiAl3/ZL101 的金相组织和常规力学性能,探讨了复合材料增强的基本原理.研究表明,内生复合材料中增强物呈弥散分布;无论在铸态还是热处理态,复合材料的强度和硬度都较基体有较大幅度提高,特别是延伸率也较基体略有增加.这是内生增强体与外加增强体制备的复合材料性能变化的显著不同点.

Abstract:The microstructure and general mechanics properties of insitu composite TiAl 3/ZL101 were studied,and the reinforcing mechanism of the composite was discussed. The result show that the reinforcing phase was distributed dispersal; The strength and hardness of insitu composite are greater than that of ZL101 alloy in spite of in the as cast or heat treatment condition. The enlongation of the composite is also more than that of ZL101 alloy. This is the remarkable distinction of insitu composite with foreign reinforced composite.
