| 摘 要： | 对蜂窝夹套薄膜蒸发器冲压、焊接及使用过程中出现的失效问题进行了分析，提出了改进和防护措施。运用大型统计分析软件STATISTICA对蜂窝夹套强度的影响因素进行了分析，为工程设计提供了参考依据。

| Abstract: | Some failure analyses were conducted of the dimped jacket thin film evaporators in the processes of stamping,welding,and use,some methods were proposed for improvements and preventions.The influence factors of the dimped jacket thin film evaporators were analyzed using STATISTICA for engineering reference. |
