均压防治技术在30101工作面采空区的应用

摘    要:针对30101工作面开采过程中临近老窑采空区遗煤自然发火引起的工作面有毒有害气体浓度高、上隅角CO浓度超标等问题,利用SF6示踪气体测定采空区漏风量,提出了均压技术,均衡了工作面与采空区风压分布,控制了均压范围内的风压差,减少了采空区漏风,降低了工作面有毒有害气体浓度与上隅角CO浓度。在综合考虑均压区域通风系统的合理性和稳定性及对其他用风地点影响的基础上,采用调压风机—调节风门联合均压方案,并对其参数进行设计,确定风机型号YBFH132S2、调节风门面积0.285 m2。现场方案实施结果表明:30101工作面上隅角与采空区CO浓度符合安全生产标准,取得良好效果。

Abstract:In allusion to the problems of high concentration of toxic and harmful gases and over-standard CO concentration in upper corner caused by spontaneous combustion of coal left over from the goaf near the old kiln in the mining process of 30101 working face,this paper used SF 6 tracer gas to measure air leakage in goaf,to put forward pressure equalization technology,balanced the distribution of air pressure between working face and goaf,and controlled the range of pressure equalization.The internal air pressure difference reduced the air leakage in the goaf and the concentration of toxic and harmful gas and CO in the upper corner of the working face.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the rationality and stability of ventilation system in pressure equalizing area and its influence on other places of use of air,the combined pressure equalizing scheme of pressure regulating fan and regulating valve was adopted,and its parameters were designed.The model of fan YBFH132S2 and the area of regulating valve to be 0.285 m2 were determined.The results of field project implementation showed that CO concentration in the upper corner and goaf of 30101 working face met the safety production standard and achieved good results.
