陈四楼煤矿瞎炮治理体系的建设与应用

针对煤矿井下经常出现的因瞎炮排查不及时、不彻底而造成的伤人事故的问题,结合陈四楼煤矿在瞎炮预防和排查方面的实用方法和瞎炮治理体系的建设经验,研究了瞎炮产生的主要原因及预防方法、瞎炮产生后可能隐藏的位置及可能流向、如何不留死角地对瞎炮进行全面彻底排查等问题,分析了现有人工瞎炮排查法不够全面彻底、不够严密科学、易造成瞎炮遗漏的原因,总结出了“五不放过”瞎炮排查法这个实用创新成果和包含事前预防、过程控制、事后补救及制度保障4部分的瞎炮治理体系理论成果,列举了卓有成效的识别和排查瞎炮的方法和措施,弥补了当前关于如何及时、有效、彻底排查瞎炮方面研究的空白。为煤矿井下爆破作业过程中瞎炮治理难题的解决提供了针对性方法和思路。

Construction and application of guns control system in Chensilou Coal Mine

In view of the wounding accidents caused by the untimely and incomplete detection of guns in the coal mines,combined with the practical methods of the prevention and investigation of the guns in Chensilou Coal Mine and the construction experience of the gun control system,the in-depth study was carried out.The main causes and prevention methods of the guns,the possible hidden positions after the guns were generated and the possible flow direction,and how to completely and thoroughly check the guns without leaving a dead angle,analyzed that the existing manual guns were not comprehensive and thorough.The reason why the science was not strict enough,and it was easy to cause omission of guns and mortars,summed up the practical innovation results of the five not letting go artillery investigation method and the theory of the artillery management system including pre-existing prevention,process control,expost remediation and institutional guarantee.The results listed a number of effective methods and measures for identifying and troubleshooting guns,and made up for the current research on how to timely,effectively and thoroughly investigate the artillery guns,and provided solutions for the problem of guns in the underground coal mine blasting operation.
