突出煤层防突预警技术研究与应用

摘    要:为了更好地对突出危险工作面进行预警,平煤股份十矿在回采前采用瓦斯地质分析、无线电坑透、矿山CT探测等技术对工作面突出危险区域进行划分,同时在回采期间采用声发射预警技术对突出危险性进行预测的综合预警技术。通过现场试验表明,声发射信号变化与工作面出现的动力现象、瓦斯涌出异常、顶板活动等有着良好的对应关系,且声发射信号变化能够超前反映工作面可能发生的异常情况。综合应用结果表明,综合预警技术可为采取有效的针对性的灾害防治措施及工作面的安全回采起到指导作用,并进一步为类似条件下突出灾害的预测与防治提供新的技术手段和方法。

Abstract:In order to predict the outburst danger face′s danger,comprehensive early warning technology was used in No.10 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Industry Group,including gas geology analysis,mine CT and radio mine locator before mining,and acoustic emission warning technology during mining.Through field test,it was shown that the acoustic emission signal has a good corresponding relation with the abnormal emission,gas dynamic phenomenon and roof activity.The change of acoustic emission signal can reflect the abnormal situation of working face ahead of time.Comprehensive early warning technology can provide effective early warning for safe mining disaster prevention measures and guide the working face.It also can provide a new technical means and methods to forecast and prevent the outburst under similar conditions.
