节段式多级离心泵多工况水力模型节能优化研究

摘    要:为提高节段式多级离心泵多工况水力模型节能优化效果,基于水力损失数学模型构建了四级节段式离心泵的水力损失数学模型,结合工业试验数据与Isight优化平台精确求解了泵内各项水力损失系数。以此为基础,设计了节段式多级离心泵多工况水力模型的节能优化流程,并以MD580-60型节段式多级离心泵为验证对象,将大流量、设计流量和小流量工况下的效率作为目标函数,且以各条件下泵扬程为约束条件,运用遗传算法对其水力模型的3个工况进行优化设计,获得叶轮与导叶关键几何参数的最优匹配关系。最后运用CFD数值模拟仿真软件验证了该多工况水力模型节能优化设计的科学性与准确性。

Abstract:To improve the effect of energy saving optimization for hydraulic model at multi-operation points in segmental multistage centrifugal pump,the hydraulic loss model of four-level segmental multistage centrifugal pump was constructed based on the hydraulic loss model,in which the various hydraulic loss coefficients were accurately solved by combining the industrial test data and Isight platform.Then,the energy saving optimization process for hydraulic model at multi-operation points in segmental multistage centrifugal pump was designed.With MD580-60 sectional multistage centrifugal pump,the authors took the efficiency of big flow,design flow and small flow condition as objective function,and the pump head of various conditions as constraint conditions,and used the genetic algorithm to optimize the working condition to get the key geometric parameters of the impeller and guide blade.Finally,CFD software was used to verify the scientificity and accuracy of the energy saving optimization design method for segmental multistage centrifugal pump.
