洗井技术原理研究及其在超深水文孔中的联合应用

摘    要:焦作马厂煤详查区水文钻孔抽水层位深度1 060~1 290 m,单一洗井方法不能满足超深水文钻孔充分可靠的洗井要求。深入了解每种洗井方法的特性,组合利用才能达到较好的洗井效果。针对不同含水层采用不同的洗井方法组合:砂岩裂隙含水层采用焦磷酸钠浸泡+高压射流+抽水洗井+CO2洗井;灰岩岩溶裂隙含水层采用焦磷酸钠浸泡+高压射流+抽水洗井+盐酸+CO2洗井,并严格按照联合洗井试验顺序。经联合洗井后,钻孔涌水量增加20%~200%,收到良好的洗井效果。

Abstract:The depth of hydrological drilling of the Jiaozuo Machang coal detailed investigation area was 1 060~1 290 m.The single well washing method could not meet the requirements of fully reliable well washing for ultra-deep hydrological drilling.In-depth understanding of the characteristics of each well washing method,combined use could achieve better washing results.Different washing methods were used for different aquifers:sandstone fissure aquifer was treated with sodium pyrophosphate soak+high pressure jet+pumping well+CO2 well;limestone karst fissure aquifer was soaked with sodium pyrophosphate+high pressure jet+pumping well+hydrochloric acid+CO2 to wash the well,and strictly follow the joint washing test sequence.After combined washing,the water inflow from the borehole increased by 20% to 200%,and a good well washing effect was obtained.
