高效烧结板除尘器设计研究

摘    要:为了能够实现除尘器具有捕集微尘效率高、体积小、维修保养方便、使用寿命长等特点,对高效烧结板除尘器的设计进行了研究,研究了塑烧过滤板的特点、高效烧结板除尘器构成、能源介质条件、烧结板结构、电气仪表及控制,并且分析了除尘器的工作原理、操作流程、使用过程中的注意事项以及除尘器保养要点。研究得出,高效烧结板除尘器实现了高效率的微粉捕集,注意事项以及除尘器保养要点的设定,降低了设备的故障率,有效地延长了除尘器的使用寿命。

Abstract:In order to realize the characteristics of high efficiency,small volume,easy maintenance,and long service life of dust collector,this paper studied the design of high-efficiency sintered plate dust collector,studied the characteristics of plastic fired filter plate,and efficient sintering.Plate dust collector composition,energy medium conditions,sintered plate structure,electrical instrumentation and control,and studied the working principle of the dust collector,operation flow,precautions during use and maintenance of the dust collector.The study concluded that the device achieves high-efficiency dust collection,precautions and maintenance settings of the dust collector,reducing the failure rate of the equipment,effectively prolonging the service life of the dust collector.
