| 摘 要： | 针对中介公司对二手房管理的需要,二手房中介管理系统将提供给中介公司一个良好的二手房管理平台。开发主要包括后台Sqlserver数据库的建立和维护以及使用JDBC与java GUI的平台搭建。本文将基于jdbc的介绍、二手房中介管理的需求分析以及二手房中介管理的设计。

| Abstract: | In response to the needs of intermediary companies for second-hand house management,the second-hand house intermediary management system will provide intermediary companies with a good second-hand house management platform.The development mainly includes the establishment and maintenance of the back-end Sqlserver database and the platform construction using JDBC and java GUI.This article will be based on the introduction of jdbc,the demand analysis of second-hand housing agency management and the design of second-hand housing agency management. |
