关于电气传动控制系统中单片机技术的应用分析

摘    要:电气传动控制是现代工业发展过程中的重要成就,通过自动控制技术实现电机或者其他电气设备的运行,能够极大的节省人力成本,并且利用高精度的控制器可以更加精确的实现系统控制,保证设备的安全、高效和稳定运行。一般,在企业发展过程中,工厂中所使用的电气传动控制器大多数为PLC设备,该设备能够适应更加复杂的环境,控制系统鲁棒性更强。但是该系统发展的成本也更高,一般使用在大型生产线的控制中。而随着微处理器技术的发展,单片机技术也变得更加成熟,越来越多的领域可以通过单片机进行控制,并且这种控制系统成本很小,非常适合应用在小范围的电气控制过程中。本文首先对单片机技术在电气传动控制系统中的应用优势进行了分析,同时针对现在控制系统的发展,为单片机在该领域的应用提出了相应的建议。

Abstract:Electric drive control is an important achievement in the process of modern industrial development,through the automatic control technology to realize the operation of motor or other electrical equipment,can greatly save labor costs,and the use of high-precision controller can achieve more accurate system control,ensure the safe,efficient and stable operation of the equipment.Generally,in the process of enterprise development,most of the electrical drive controllers used in the factory are PLC equipment,which can adapt to more complex environment,and the control system has stronger robustness.But the development cost of the system is also higher,generally used in the control of large production line.With the development of microprocessor technology,SCM technology has become more mature,more and more fields can be controlled by SCM,and the cost of this control system is very small,it is very suitable for small-scale electrical control process.This paper first analyzes the application advantages of single-chip technology in the electric drive control system,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the application of single-chip technology in this field according to the development of the control system.
