面粉中过氧化苯甲酰检测方法的研究进展

摘    要:过氧化苯甲酰的使用存在着一定的安全隐患。因此应当建立一个有效的测定方法。通过对过氧化苯甲酰常用的检测方法(气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、分光光度法等)以及新方法(傅里叶红外光谱法、拉曼光谱法等)的介绍,为相关部门检测以及过氧化苯甲酰检测方法的研究提供一些参考。

Abstract:The application of benzoyl peroxide has some potential safety hazards. This paper described the role and harm of benzoyl peroxide. Therefore,an effective measurement method should be established. Through the introduction of common detection methods(gas chromatography;high performance liquid chromatography;spectrophotometry et al.)and novel methods(fourier transform infrared spectroscopy;raman spectroscopy et al.)of benzoyl peroxide,it provides some references for the research of relevant departments and the detection of benzoyl peroxide.
