宽带变压器参数测试信号的高速采集

摘    要:提出了利用锁相环技术结合复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)实现对变压器测试信号的高速采集、存储、传输的方法,很好地解决了对变压器高频特性信号的采集.该设计方法不仅能够在设计前期对系统进行软件仿真、验证,而且在产品成形以后能按照需求进行固件升级,无需修改硬件结构.设计采用高速采集、低速I/O读取方式,能同时满足高速和低速处理器工作,具有较强的兼容性.

Abstract:Utilizing phase locked loop technique with complex programmable logic devices (CPLD), a method to perform high-speed data acquisition, storage and transmission for transformer testing, which solves the problem of data acquisition for high frequency band, is proposed. Not only can such method avail the simulation and verification in the early stage of design, but also make it possible to upgrade the firmware without modifying hardware. By integrating high-speed data acquisition and low-speed I/O, this design satisfies both high-speed and low-speed processors, displays excellent compatibility.
