抽油机套筒滚子链条链板疲劳强度计算

摘    要:采油现场发生了皮带抽油机链务外链板疲劳断裂事故,由此,主要针对链条外链板进行了受力分篓与疲翟登度计算,分析表明,外链板与销轴的过盈量过大,在链板中产生了过大的初始拉应力,导致交变拉应力过大,降低了链板疲劳强度。

Abstract:A breaking crack accident due to the tatigue ot outer chain plate of belt driven oil suction pump had happened in the oil extraction scene, in view of this the force bearing analysis and the fatigue strength calculation were carried out aiming at the outer chain plate of chain. The analysis shows that the magnitude of interference between outer chain plate and axle pin was too big, and the initial pulling stress engendered in the chain plate was excessive, thus led to an excessive interchanging pulling stress and lowered the fatigue strength of chain plate.
