铝及铝合金在热带海洋地区大气腐蚀

摘    要:报道了8种牌号四大类铝及铝合金在热带海洋大气环境下1年、3年、6年和10年的试验结果.结果表明:1) 初期(1年)腐蚀失重较低的是L3M、LF21Y2、LY12CZ;而经过长期(10年)暴露后,腐蚀失重较低的是LF2Y2、L3M;初期和长期腐蚀失重相差不大的是LF2Y2,10年与1年的腐蚀失重相比增加不到1倍;2) 防锈铝不一定比纯铝耐蚀性好,但从长期耐蚀性来说,防锈铝LF2Y2是耐蚀性最好的;3) 铝及铝合金在海洋大气环境中,腐蚀量与试验时间大部分遵循幂函数规律;4) 铝及铝合金的化学成分及含量与腐蚀率没有明显的规律.

Abstract:The atmosphere corrosion results of 4 sorts of aluminium and aluminium alloys, including 8 kinds of trademarks, in tropic sea shore atmosphere in one year, three years, six years and ten years, were described. It proved that: (1) after one year, the weight loss of L3M, LF21Y2, LY12CZ was lesser; after ten years of exposure,the weight loss of L3M, LF2Y2 was lesser than the others; there was no great disparity between long-time loss and beginning loss of LF2Y2, ten-years loss was less than double of one-year loss; (2) anti-rust aluminium does not always have better corrosion resistance than pure aluminium, but LF2Y2 has the best corrosion resistance in long term exposure; (3) the relationship between the corrosion quantity of aluminium and aluminium alloys exposed in sea atmosphere and the test duration conform to the rule of power function; (4) the relationship between chemical component and content in aluminium and aluminium alloys and corrosion rate does not obey any rule.
