导流板式煤粉燃烧器解决炉内结渣的数值试验

摘    要:用投影法计算喷口出口和炉内空气动力场。用蒙特卡洛法计算了炉内的辐射换热,用有限差分法计算了对流换热和导热,最后求解出炉内的温度分布。数值试验结果表明,采用了导流板式煤粉燃烧器,可有效减小炉内切圆直径,降低水冷壁附近的温度水平,防止炉内结渣的发生。在某300MW机组上的成功应用,验证了本数值试验的正确性。该方法的提出为解决大型电站锅炉内结渣问题提供了一条行之有效的途径。

Abstract:In this paper,the projection method is used to compute the aerodynamic field at the exit of a burner and in a furnace,the Monte Carlo method for radiation heat exchange in a furnace and the finite difference method for convection heat exchange and conduction,then find the temperature distribution in the furnace.Results of numerical tests show that a coal powder burner with a guide plate can decrease the diameter of the tangential circle in the furnace and temperature level near the water wall effectively,so as to prevent slagging in the furnace.The successful utility of a 300 MW unit proves the correctness of this test,which provides an effective way to solve the slagging problem in the furnace of a large scale power plant boiler.
