摘    要:针对北京汽轮电机有限责任公司(北汽)产330MW汽轮机中压缸启动的控制特点。介绍了江苏华能淮阴电厂二期新建2台330MW机组旁路控制(BPC)系统和汽轮机控制系统的一体化设计,分析了各系统的功能特点和相互联系,阐述了一体化设计有助于解决北汽330MW汽轮机对旁路控制的特殊要求,达到理想的控制效果。

Abstract:According to the IP casing start-up characteristic of the turbine generator(330 MW) manufactured by Beijing Steam Turbine Generator Co.,Ltd. (Beiqi). Integrated design of digital electri-hydraulic control system (DEH) and bypass system (BPC) for two generation units in Huaneng Huaiyin Power Plant Second Phase Project are introduced. And each system's function characteristics and mutual connections are analyzed. The importance of integrated design for reaching the special requirement of bypass control in Beiqi Production (330 MW) is also described, and the ideal control result is obtained.
