电解机械复合抛光表面的分形特性研究

摘    要:在对机械加工表面的分形特性研究的基础上,利用触针式轮廓仪对电解机械复合抛光表面进行了测量,并利用分形理论分析了不同工艺参数对表面分形维数D和表面粗糙度Ra的影响。研究结果表明,在电解机械复合抛光中电流密度对分形维数D的影响不大,分形维数D与表面粗糙度Ra有一定的对应关系。

Abstract:On the foundation of the study at the fmctal characterization of the cutting surfaces, the electrolysis abrasive and mechanic complex finishing surfaces profiles were meeasured with a contact stylus profiler, and the influence of the different machining condition on the fractal dimension D and the surface roughness R. were analyzed by fractal theory, The experiment results show that the influences of the fractal dimension D on the electric density is less in the electrolysis abrasive and mechanic complex finishing, the fractal dimension D and the surface roughness R. have corresponding relationship.
