刀具磨耗补偿在FANUC Oi系统数车加工螺纹中的应用

摘    要:螺纹加工是机械零件加工中的难点,在FANUC Oi系统数控车床上加工螺纹时,用G代码编程加工后的螺纹中径合格率很低。如果灵活地利用刀具磨耗补偿,可提高螺纹中径合格率,继而提高整个工件的加工质量和加工效率。

Abstract:Thread manufacture was difficult to be tackled in mechanical industry. Qualified rate of the thread middle diameter is low in G code programming in FANUC Oi system lathe for CNC. If adequate use the cutting tool wear loss compensation, the qualified rate of the thread middle diameter will been obviously improved. And then, the whole work piece manufacture quality and efficiency were apparently enhanced.
