| 摘 要： | 用β 环糊精包合山苍子油中的柠檬烯,以提高山苍子油中柠檬醛的含量,得到两种产品。结果表明,产品Ⅰ中柠檬醛含量为73%(色谱法),达到出口标准。用紫外光谱、XRD和核磁共振对产品Ⅱ的结构作了鉴定,证明产品Ⅱ为β 环糊精与柠檬烯的包合物,可用作防霉剂或蚊虫驱避剂。此法同时利用了山苍子油中的柠檬醛与柠檬烯,为综合利用山苍子油开辟了一条新的途径。

Study On comprehensive treating Litsea Cubeba oil with β-cyclodextrin (Ⅰ) |

| Abstract: | Using β cyclodextrin to enclose limonene in Litsea Cubeba oil to improve the content of citral in Litsea Cubeba oil,two products are obtained.The results showed that of the content citral in product I was 73% (by GC) which reached the export standard.The structure of product Ⅱ is examined by UV,XRD and NMR,it proved the product Ⅱ is an inclusion compound between β cyclodextrin and limonene. The product Ⅱ can be used as mildew inhibitor or mosquito driving off agent. This method can make use of citral and limonene in Litsea Cubeba oil at a time ,it provides a new chiose for comprehensive utilization of Litsea Cubeba oil. |
