| 摘 要： | 对静密封失效情况进行了调查和分析，认为静密封失效主要有八个方面的因素：垫片的性能、螺栓的预紧力、法兰的刚度及其密封面、管道的支承、管道法兰的安装、工艺操作、环境因素及在线检验与维护。对这些因素逐一进行了分析，提出了预防静密封失效的措施：

| Abstract: | Static sealing failure has been investigated and analyzed. It is held that the main causing factors are gasket property, pro-force of the fastened bolts, flange rigidity and the sealing surface, pipeline support, installation of the pipeline flange, process operation, surrounding circumstances and the on-line inspection and maintenance. These factors have been analyzed and the countermeasures proposed. |
