草珊瑚总黄酮的超声提取工艺研究

摘    要:研究了超声法提取草珊瑚总黄酮的工艺.影响草珊瑚总黄酮提取率的主要因素是乙醇体积分数,其次是提取次数,提取时间和液料比对提取率影响不显著.正交实验确定草珊瑚总黄酮的最佳超声提取条件是:40%乙醇,液料比10∶1,提取时间40 min,提取3次.此条件下总黄酮得率为8.53%.超声提取法具有短时高效的优点,适合于草珊瑚总黄酮的提取.

Abstract:Ultrasonic wave extracting process for total flavones from Sarcandra glabra was studied.The main factors affecting the extraction rate of total flavones were the ethanol volume fraction and the extraction times,while the extraction time and the ratio of solution to material had little effect.Orthogonal experiment results showed that the optimum conditions were 40% ethanol, ratio of solution to material 10∶1,extraction time 40 min and extracting for 3 times.Under above conditions,the extraction rate of total flavones from Sarcandra glabra was 8.53%.Ultrasonic wave extraction could shorten the extraction time and increase the extraction efficiency,so could be considered for the extraction of total flavones from Sarcandra glabra.
