| 摘 要： | 分析石墨电极消耗和其表面氧化机理，介绍用ＤＧＴ溶液浸渍石墨电极生产抗氧化石墨电极的加工工艺，产品理化性能及工业上应用，取得降低电极单耗０．７５ｋｇ／ｔ，节约电极１２％的好效果。

| Abstract: | The mechanism about comsumption and surface oxidization of graphite electrodes are analyzed. And the processing method of anti-oxidation graphite electrodes with DGT solution impregnated graphite ,the properties and application are introduced. The unit comsumption of electrode is reduced by 0. 75kg/t ,the electrodes are saved by 12%. |
