新型输送带纵向撕裂在线监测系统的设计

摘    要:针对现有输送带纵向撕裂故障监测装置可靠性低的问题,采用红外线光电传感器与可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)相结合,设计出一种新型输送带纵向撕裂在线监测系统。该系统对光电传感器进行合理地安装布置及智能化设计,并编制PLC算法程序,实现了输送带纵向撕裂的在线监测。试验证明该系统有效地提高了传感器在井下恶劣环境下的抗干扰性,解决了输送带纵向撕裂监测系统可靠性低的问题。

Abstract:For the lower reliability of nowaday detection devices for longitudinal tear fault of conveyor belt,this paper creatively presented a novel online monitoring and measuring system,which combined infrared photoelectric sensor and programmable logic controller(PLC).By reasonable installation and layout and intelligent design to photoelectric sensor and compiling algorithm procedures based on PLC,the system realized online monitoring and measuring for the longitudinal tear of conveyor belt.Experiments showed th...
