摘    要:为了能够实现开滦矿区深部冲击地压的有效监测与防治,本文在掌握开滦矿区发生冲击地压主控因素的基础上,通过总结开滦矿区在冲击地压防治过程中所积累的一些经验并参考国内外先进的冲击地压防治技术,构建了具有信息互馈和持续优化机制的全矿井-采区-工作面-局部的多级冲击地压监测和防治系统;基于开滦的实际地质构造和实际开采情况,提出了适用于开滦矿区深部煤层的冲击地压防治技术,包括优化开采设计和开采保护层的区域性技术措施,以及基于缺陷法原理的局部卸压措施和以改善局部应力环境的支护措施。

Abstract:In order to realize effective monitoring and control of coal bumps in Kailuan mining area, this article constructed multistage mine-panel-working face-local area coal bumps monitoring and control system with information feedback and continuous optimization on the basis of grasping the dominant factors of Kailuan mining area, by summarizing experience in the process of coal bumps control practice in Kailuan mining area and reference of both domestic and foreign advanced coal bumps control technology. And based on the actual geological structure and mining situation of Kailuan mining area, the suitable control technology for Kailuan deep mining coal seams was put forward, including optimization of mining design and the regional technical measures of protective layer mining, combining with local pressure relief measures based on the defects method and supporting measures to improve the local stress environment.
