215/45R17轿车子午线轮胎侧偏特性仿真分析

摘    要:采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对215/45R17轿车子午线轮胎进行侧偏特性仿真模拟,探讨垂直负荷、充气压力、速度和带束层设计角度对轮胎侧向力和回正力矩的影响。结果表明:垂直负荷和充气压力的影响较大,而速度和带束层设计角度的影响较小;随着垂直负荷的增大,侧向力增大,回正力矩的最大值也增大;随着充气压力的提高,回正力矩的最大值减小。

Abstract:The cornering properties simulation of 215/45R17 PCR tire was illustrated by using ABAQUS FEA software,and the influence of vertical load,inflation pressure,velocity and belt angle on the lateral force and aligning torque was discussed.The results showed that,the effect of vertical load and inflation pressure was significant,while that of velocity and belt angle was little.The lateral force and maximum aligning torque increased as the vertical load increased;and the maximum aligning torque decreased as inflation pressure increased.
