Abstract:Soybean isoflavoes contain a variety of detection methods,such as ultraviolet spectrophotometry,three–wave length ultraviolet spectrophotometry,high performance liquid chromatog–raphy,high performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometer,gas chromat–ography,gas chromatography–mass spectrometer,capillary electrophoresis,four standard samples rapidassay,thinlayer chromatography scan,two–dimensional paper chromatography and two medical immunoassays,et al.Time resolved fluoro–immunoassay and enzyme–linked immunosorbnent assay were reviewed also.Systematically classification and comparation analysis on the methods of detection for soybean isoflavones were reviewed in this paper so as to provide technical options reference for further research and exploitation of soybean isoflavones.
