摘    要:介绍11R22.5公交专用子午线轮胎的设计及其侧偏特性仿真情况。轮胎外直径和断面宽分别取1054和280mm,胎圈着合直径取571.5mm,采用低噪声RT606胎面花纹;胎体采用3+8+13×0.18+0.15HT钢丝帘线;带束层为4层结构,1#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,2#和3#带束层采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线;采用六角形钢丝圈。有限元分析结果表明,轮胎接地形状接近椭圆,压力分布比较均匀;侧偏角(α)不超过5°时侧向力(Fy)和α呈线性关系,α在10°附近时Fy达到峰值;α为2°~4°时回正力矩(Mz)达到峰值,随着α的进一步增大Mz迅速减小;轮胎的侧偏特性受轮胎与地面间摩擦系数的影响;侧倾角对Fy影响很小,对Mz影响显著。

Abstract:The design of 11R22.5 bus radial tire and simulation of cornering properties were introduced.The tire overall diameter was 1 054 mm,section width was 280 mm,diameter at rim bead seat was 571.5 mm,and RT606 tread pattern with low noise was used.3+8+13×0.18+0.15HT steel cord was used for carcass ply.Four layer belts were applied,in which 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord was used for 1# belt,3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord for 2# and 3# belts,and 5×0.35HI steel cord for 4# belt.In addition,hexagon bead ring was used.The results of FEA showed that,the footprint shape was approximately ellipse and contact pressure was uniform.When the slip angle (α) was smaller than 5°,the relationship between the lateral force (Fy) and α was linear.When α was around 10°,Fy reached the peak value.When α was 2°~4°,the aligning torque (Mz) reached the peak value,but it decreased quickly as α increasd further.The cornering properties were affected by friction coefficient between the tire and the road.The inclination angle had little influence on Fy,but had significant influence on Mz.
