高铁酸钾对活性艳红X-3B染料去除率的试验研究

摘    要:为了研究高铁酸钾对活性艳红X-3B染料去除率的影响,在高铁酸钾投加量、溶液初始pH及反应时间等不同的条件下,通过对比试验进行色度去除率的试验研究。结果表明,在一定范围内,高铁酸钾投加的越多脱色效果越好;pH控制在6—8最适宜;反应时间20min以上处理效果较好,以后色度的变化基本稳定。因此,高铁酸钾能有效地降解废水中的活性艳红X-3B染料。当高铁酸钾投加量为40mg,控制溶液初始pH为6-8,反应20min后,色度的去除率高达98.5%。
