摘    要:研究不同厂家溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)、乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)生胶和混炼胶的加工性能,并对胶料的硫化特性、物理性能、耐磨性能、抗湿滑性能和滚动阻力进行对比。结果表明,与ESBR相比,SSBR生胶及其混炼胶的加工性能相差不大,但均较难加工;SSBR胶料的硫化特性、物理性能满足轮胎加工及使用性能要求。LAT100磨耗试验结果表明,与ESBR相比,SSBR硫化胶的耐磨性能降低,抗湿滑性能提高,滚动阻力增大。

Abstract:The processing properties of SSBR and ESBR from different factories were investigated,and vulcanization behavior,physical properties,wear resistance,wet skid resistance and rolling resistance of SSBR and ESBR compounds were compared.The results showed that,compared with ESBR,the processing properties of SSBR were similar,including the mix and raw rubber,but it was more difficult to process the SSBR compound. The processing properties and physical properties of SSBR compound could meet the requirements of the tire processing and end-use performance.The result of LAT100 test showed that,compared with ESBR,the wear resistance of SSBR vulcanizates decreased,the wet skid resistance and rolling resistance increased.
